DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on our website you can return the item within 28 days of delivery to receive a full refund. The item must be intact, complete and undamaged. You can do this by completing the "CONTACT US"form and providing your name and order number. 

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT PARTS?

The ATP-01 was designed to allow for all parts to be replaceable. If your product breaks during the warranty period we will be more than happy to repair it or send you the replacement parts. All you need to do is get in touch using the "CONTACT US" form and we will arrange the rest.

REPAIRS OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD

We don't want to leave our customers high and dry regardless of the warranty. If a part fails after the warranty period we will try to find you replacement parts using what is left over from that production run. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for the aluminium sections themselves.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

At Mont.Black we aim to produce products that you will use for years to come. To this end, we offer a 2 year warranty with all of our products as well as an extensive repair program.

HOW DO I REPLACE "X" PART?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, due to manner in which the funding for the ATP-01 is raised, we cannot offer cancelations.

CAN I REQUEST CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We will always work to ensure that you receive the exact style/product that you want. As such, if you contact us before your product is produced/shipped we will work with you to make any desired changes.

WHERE IS THE ATP-01 MADE?

We are proud to say that our products are made in the UK in our own facility. This allows us to maintain tight controls on quality and always deliver the best products possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We will always try to accommodate our customers needs. Therefore, provided the change of address does not incur any additional delivery costs and your product has not already been shipped, we will be more than happy to make the change.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE ATP-01?

Currently, we only offer the ATP-01 through Indiegogo, we hope to change this soon after our first production run.

If you spot our poles being sold elsewhere, this is likely fraudulent and we would love if you could let us know so that we could put a stop to it.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHO PAYS IMPORT TAXES?

We are able to offer worldwide delivery but unfortunately cannot control what your country charges on imports. The customer is therefore responsible for all applicable taxes or duties upon receipt of the product.

WHEN WILL MY POLE SHIP?

If all goes to plan, we'll be shipping the ATP-01 out to all backers by the end of December of this year in-time for the majority of the 2021-22 season. While we have budgeted extra time within this estimate to allow for unforeseen delays it is still an estimate and not a guarantee. We aim to produce the very best in are field and will not ship products that don't meet our standards.
